Do you enjoy discussing politics?  Answer:No, I don't enjoy discussing politics. Why do housemates sometimes argue with one another?  Answer:Housemates sometimes argue with one another because something that they don't like happens. Did you quarrel a lot with your brother or sister when you were a child? Answer:Yes, I quarrelled a lot with my younger sister or brother.  DICTATION: The court was deadly silent/ asthejudge sentenced the criminal/ to life in prison./  The man was not/ very badly hurt in the accident,/ which happened on the station platform,! but he was taken to hospital! to see the doctor,/ just to be on the safe side./  lt is irritating that/ he always confuses/ the meaning of the words/ 'rough" and "smooth"./  When judging anything,/ we should always try to look/ under/ the surface of things/ and see things as they really are.
